Associate Buyer

Established manufacturing company in Saratoga County is looking for an Associate Buyer. This position would be responsible for the procurement of raw and finished materials, vendor management, internal reporting, etc. Our client offers a collaborative work environment, opportunities for growth, and well-rounded benefits package. Responsibilities: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers including managing contract terms Purchase raw materials, finished goods, and services Ensure on-time deliveries in raw and finished goods Maintain proper inventory levels to support production planning Ensure maintenance purchasing data and related documentation Budgeting and forecasting Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement within the sourcing practices Job Requirements:
- 1-3 Years of experience of purchasing in a manufacturing setting
- Bachelor's Degree in Technical field or Business Administration preferred
- Ability to effectively manage supplier relationships
- Excellent organization and communicative skills
