Associate Attorney

Due to growth, an Insurance Defense Law Firm has an immediate opening in their Miami, Florida office for a Construction Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of insurance defense experience with a desire to practice construction law and professional liability.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
Must have 1-3 years of insurance defense experience. Billing experience required. Construction litigation experience a plus, but not required Legal research and drafting Reports for clients Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions and mediations Client communications Must be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing Location: Miami, Florida. In-office.
Salary: $100,000-$140,000, DOE.
