Associate Attorney

Corporate Finance Associate Attorney We are looking for a motivated and experienced Corporate Finance Associate Attorney to provide legal advice and guidance on corporate transactions and securities law. The successful candidate will have a strong background in capital markets, venture capital, private equity, corporate governance and M&A. They will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview: Advise clients on corporate transactions, securities laws, and other governance matters. Analyze corporate finance documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosure documents. Advise on the implications of new laws, regulations, and court decisions on corporate transactions and securities. Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate transactions and securities law. Negotiate and draft contracts and other documents related to corporate transactions. Provide strategic guidance and advice in the areas of corporate finance and securities. Draft legal opinions and other documents in connection with corporate finance transactions. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Admission to a state bar in good standing. At least two years of experience in the practice of corporate law, securities law, capital markets, venture capital, private equity, and corporate governance. Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
