Associate Attorney, Counsel, or Senior Counsel

Practice Groups:

Project Finance/Public-Private Partnerships and Governmental (Public Finance)

Location:

Preferred in Chicago office; New York or other offices possible

Experience Required:

3-5 years in project/public infrastructure finance with a bank, developer, energy contractor, or a large/medium-size firm
Proficiency in drafting commercial and financing documents, document review, legal research, and writing memoranda
Knowledge of transactional work focusing on infrastructure and/or energy-related financial transactions
Experience in working and communicating directly with both public and private sector clients

Qualifications:

Strong academic credentials
Superior interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
Commitment to client service
Ability to handle fast-paced, complex transactions and manage multiple projects and deadlines
Professional presence, flexibility in work situations, and receptiveness to constructive feedback

Requirements:

Membership in good standing with the appropriate state Bar, or eligibility to waive in
