For the last two decades, KLAS' key deliverables have been reports on the performance of HIT software and services. We still write dozens of these impactful reports every year, but we are continually asking ourselves "how else can our data benefit healthcare providers?" Now our provider friends around the globe have access to data empowering them to drive higher electronic health record user satisfaction.
As a key member on the Arch Collaborative team, the Associate Analyst at KLAS will:
Design and manage the scope and parameters of each project Build and execute client surveys Aggregate and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data Identify "nerves" in the analysis results Compile findings into written reports Explain report findings to clients through webinars, phone calls, and face-to-face visits If you are the right fit, you will also be able to demonstrate:
