Summarized Purpose: The Evidera Advisory Consulting team is seeking a Business Development Account Director with proven business development, client management, and stakeholder management skills to drive the success of the consulting practice areas.
Evidera provides strategic support to executives at leading Biopharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Health IT companies.?Our work leverages Scientific research, data?analysis, and extensive experience to?support critical commercial and development decisions for pharmaceutical product strategy and opportunity assessment, commercial, evidence generation strategies, competitive strategy, and product commercialization for market access.?

Es s e n t ial F u n c t i o ns a n d O t h e r J o b Info r ma t i o n : Client Account & Relationship Management Client Account Development to drive new business opportunities across our HEOR consulting practice areas  Drive Client Account strategy and development through strategic and tactical account planning in partnership with the scientific research delivery teams • Work in collaboration with sales operations, finance, legal and other internal support functions to drive and close business and achieve sales authorization targets This role requires c o n s u lt a ti v e , pro a c ti v e s a l e s a c ti v iti e s dir e c t e d a t d e c ision-m a k e rs a n d d e c ision i nf l u e nc e r s a t e xisting a n d new c l i ent contacts . E du c a tion a n d E xp e ri e nc e : Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0- to 2 years') or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience. Years of experience refers to typical years of related experience needed to gain the required knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the job. Years of experience are not to be used as the only determining factor in establishing the job class or making employment selection decisions. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Scientific, sales background with concentration in HEOR, Market Access Consulting within the pharmaceutical/biotech area. Excellent interpersonal skills to manage and fully integrate with Operational stakeholders to follow-up and expand relationships and business opportunities. Demonstrated experience in identifying and developing sales leads within HEOR consulting services, making professional presentations, managing the sales process through to close and handling all aspects of contract negotiations. Understanding of sales automation systems and Microsoft Office programs. Management Role: No management responsibility Knowl e dg e , S k ills a n d A b i liti e s :
