• Develop action plans and deliver results for cross-functional partners and vendors• Manage sourcing processes in assigned categories to meet design, quality, and value goals• Monitor pre-production activities and address potential challenges• Drive execution of sustainability goals and brand initiatives• Maintain departmental tracking tools and communicate project status• Monitor vendor performance on cost, quality, and delivery• Ability to travel between factory and corporate locations
Requirements
• Proficient in MS Office Products• 4+ years college degree preferred• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
