**Job Summary: Fitness Representative**


**Summary:**
- Responsible for leading group fitness classes for employees.


**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and lead group fitness classes catering to various fitness levels and interests.
- Offer guidance on proper exercise form and techniques.
- Conduct regular assessments to tailor fitness programs to individual and group needs.
- Act as a backup to team members as needed.
- Provide quarterly reports on class participation and metrics.
- Complete required training, attend staff meetings, and manage time cards.


**Additional Skills:**
- Proven track record of managing health and wellness programs.
- Ability to work independently and apply good judgment.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Adherence to EHS rules and requirements to prevent injuries and environmental pollution.


**Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Sports Science (or related field) preferred.
