Requirements 1. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel industry.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

4. Proficiency with computer systems and online booking platforms.
5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
7. Knowledge of geography, airlines, hotels, and travel destinations preferred.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in travel and tourism is preferred but not required.
