Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Superintendent to assist our Superintendent in managing and overseeing construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Responsibilities:Assist the Superintendent in managing and overseeing construction projects from start to finishCoordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are metMonitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that project timelines and budget goals are metEnsure that construction work is completed to the required quality standardsConduct inspections and walkthroughs of construction sites to identify and resolve any issues that may ariseManage and maintain project documentation, including plans, permits, and contractsProvide regular updates to the Superintendent on project progress and any issues that may ariseRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or related fieldStrong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and project management softwareIf you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for construction management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
