Hours: 45 scheduled hours per week Benefits Monthly bonus incentives Weekly pay with direct deposit Health, vision, and dental 401(k) with employer contribution Generous PTO accrual Advancement opportunities Available overtime Company-paid Illinois certifications Comprehensive training programs Flexible Spending programs Additional bonus opportunities Areas of Responsibility: Ensure the highest level of customer service Assist the General Manager in creating a customer-friendly environment Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or inquiries Manage shifts with prioritization based upon store needs and tasks as required Ensure conditions across the store exceed company standards Comply with all federal, state, and local laws, company policies and procedures Requirements & Qualifications: Open availability to work opposite of store manager, which includes nights, weekends, holidays, and being on call Reliable transportation in the form of a personal vehicle and a valid IL driver's license Must be able to meet all physical requirements of the position including standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varying weather conditions Previous supervisory or management experience in retail, food or fuel is required Must be at least 21 years of age Outstanding interpersonal skills Exceptional customer service skills Natural leader, effective motivator, and communicator Interested?
