As an Assistant Service Manager, you will be a valued member of Team Titan by: As an Assistant Service Manager, you will be a valued member of Team Titan by: Taking Care of Our Customers : Providing support when the Service Manager is unavailable, scheduling for the safe delivery and pickup of all equipment, and greeting customers when they arrive in the service department Being an Expert: Assist in managing department workflow and schedule Showing Commitment to Excellence : Assist in handling customer inquiries and communications Being Safe : Show a focus on always keeping yourself and all of the team members at your location safe. Ensure that all semis and company vehicles are maintained and operated safely, and according to federal, state, and local laws.
