Job Description AECOM is seeking an experienced Assistant Resident Engineer to perform construction engineering and inspections on a variety of construction projects including railroad, bridge, and highway in Connecticut. Come join our team on these exciting projects!
Under general supervision, performs routine duties. Displays knowledge and abilities to evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria to meet basic engineering and construction specifications. Displays applications of sound professional judgment on details of work. Independently performs walk-downs and inspections of installed commodities to assure conformance with specifications and design. Performs quantity surveys for tracking and reporting. May provide technical direction to drafters, technicians, and surveyors. Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS plus four years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Additional Information Relocation is not available. Sponsorship is not available. #LI-SG1
