Responsibilities
• Ensure required documentation is filed• Create and manage project budget• Develop pre-construction RFP package• Assist in conducting project meetings• Establish job processes (RFIs, submittals, and pay applications)• Update project schedule and ensure quality control• Assist in managing the closeout process• Collaborate with project superintendent and site operations team• Obtain, evaluate, coordinate, and distribute project information• Construct projects on time, within budget, and to specified quality
Requirements
• Four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred• 1+ year experience in commercial construction• Passion for construction and the industry• Strong communication and organizational skills• Ability to gather and interpret meaningful information• Flexibility and ability to adapt to technology and changes• Ability to collaborate with diverse backgrounds• Strong relationship-building skills
