Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager position is a critical role working within a healthcare facility or hospital construction project to ensure timely and effective completion. The APM will collaborate with project managers, staff, and stakeholders to coordinate and execute project plans.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating assigned projects. Create and maintain project documentation and reports. Monitor and report on project progress and performance. Provide guidance and training to project staff. Assist with budget tracking and management. Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve project issues. Develop and present project status reports, as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in healthcare or construction-related field, or equivalent work experience. 3-5+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare or construction setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of project management tools and techniques. Benefits Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 Annual Salary, based on level of experience.
Annual Bonus of at least 5-10%, based on merit, company profitability.
