Responsibilities
• Ensure required documentation is filed• Assist in creating and managing project budget• Develop pre-construction RFP package• Assist in conducting project meetings• Establish job processes and update project schedule• Manage project quality control and logistics• Assist in managing the closeout process• Collaborate with project superintendent and site operations team• Ensure project is constructed on time, within budget, and to quality specified
Requirements
• Four-year degree within construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred• 1+ experience in commercial construction with a general contractor• Passion for construction and the industry• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills• Ability to adapt and exercise flexibility• Ability to collaborate with people of various backgrounds• Ability to create and maintain relationships
