Assistant Project Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team and assist with the successful execution of multi-family construction projects. The Assistant Project Manager will provide vital support to the Project Manager in the development, coordination, and implementation of the projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Project Manager and project team to ensure successful outcomes Monitor project schedules, budgets, and changes Provide support in the development of project plans, specifications, and cost estimates Assist with bid process, including bid evaluations and contract award Assist with project closeout, including punch list items and project documentation Ensure all project objectives are met and within budget and scope Communicate project status, issues, and progress to the team Manage and update project records and documents Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in commercial construction Previous multi-family construction experience a plus Knowledge of building materials, methods, and codes Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software Ability to multitask and work under pressure Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
