Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary therapist and contact for in-home clients• Assist in the daily oversight and operations of outpatient, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring programs• Manage direct care staff• Content and implementation of in-home treatment plans• Deliver CBHI services to the LGBTQIA+ community in a culturally informed and competent way• Work from one of the MA office locations and have MA licensure
Requirements
• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field• Independent clinical license in state of Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist)• Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals• Experience in quality management preferred• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office• Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
