The School of Education, Mathematics & Applied Sciences offers an Associate of Science with a Pathway in Engineering degrees and provides service courses to support associate degree and baccalaureate degree programs in nursing and allied health, as well as general education courses. Job Summary
The Department of Applied Sciences is currently seeking candidates for an Assistant Professor of Physics. This is a ten-month tenure track position with excellent benefits. Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities will include teaching Physics Algebra-based and Calculus-based, advising students, and service to the college, community, and discipline. Required Qualifications
Master's degree in physics or related field with 18 graduate semester hours in Physics.
Commitment to excellence in undergraduate teaching with special attention to needs of diverse populations, prior teaching experience at the collegiate level.
Demonstrated knowledge of instructional technology is required.
Preferred candidate will be flexible, highly motivated, and enthusiastic about student success. Preferred Qualifications

Salary range: $60,455 - $65,951.
