What is the Assistant Principal role? As an Assistant Principal at Brooke, you work alongside the Principal and other Assistant Principals to sustain an exceptional school that provides all students with a rigorous college-prep education.
In this role, you will be the instructional leader for math, science, and computer science for teachers in grades 3-8. You will observe these teachers regularly and provide feedback, facilitate collaborative data and department meetings, and work with other members of the leadership team to plan and lead school-wide professional development.
Salaries are based on years of experience. Those who join our team with 5 years of previous lead teaching experience (the minimum requirement for this role) earn salaries of at least $106k.
