Position Summary: The Assistant Nurse Manager & Educator is responsible for assi s ting the Nurse Manager, Surgical Services with the administrative and clinical activities of the un i t. Under the supervision of the manager, plans, coordinates, and implements the education activities of the Surgical Services depart m ent.   Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values.  
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements: Education: RN Diploma, Bachelor of Nursing or related field (Health Administration, Business, or Management) preferred.
Experience: 2years of experience in Surgical Services  
Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
