RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations - including staffing, food quality, service, and cleanliness Set the Mellow vibe with staff and guests, resolving guest issues as needed. Help us control the business end of the business; increase profits and minimize losses; assist in managing inventory and labor, including scheduling; resolve maintenance issues. Train new team members and lead current employees to consistently provide exemplary service with a Mellow vibe Work in unity with other members of the supervisory team Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and staff by adhering to the Mellow Mushroom standards for safety and sanitation Schedule maintenance and repairs as needed; things sometimes break, we need you to help fix them WHAT WE OFFER

Requirements: Valid driver's license 2+ years of experience managing restaurant staff to accomplish sales and guest service goals Must possess intermediate level computer literacy to effectively utilize the restaurant's systems and controls Must be able to coach and develop others Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of Mellow Mushroom's operations Hands-on every day with a training mentality 1-2 years of Restaurant Management Experience Genuine and down-to-earth leader Strong leadership and interpersonal skills – that can be factually verified by peers and prior supervisors Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills through ability to diagnose and develop recommended solutions Good knowledge and understanding of craft beers and cocktails Can illustrate consultative skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
