Responsibilities: Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed for cash tips and register Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place Manager online delivery ordering platforms such as DoorDash, GrubHub, Waitr, and UberEats. Administrative Assistant to the CEO Support Manager and Shift Leads in any and all tasks required for the function of the restaurant Capture social media content as needed and instructed by the CEO 20% work from home and 80% work inside restaurant Minimum Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required, some College preferred On occasion, may be required to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds; kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Google products (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, etc) and able to adapt to new systems quickly and effectively. Must be available Monday - Saturday 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM and work minimum of 35 hours per week. • Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to adapt to new systems quickly
• Minimum of 5 plus years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience
• Knowledge and skills in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance of restaurant
• Knowledge and skills in staffing
• Knowledge of Labor Laws
• Local restaurant marketing experience a plus
• Ability to lead, motivate, and empower Denham Patty Team Members to higher levels of performance
• Ability to align Team Members with Denham Patty's culture by balancing seriousness and having fun
• Ability to manage basic tasks, the restaurant's Team Members and fiscal operations
• Takes initiative
• Has excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to manage all public dealings in a professional manner
• Ability to recognize problems and problem solve
• Ability to accept feedback from CEO and General Manager and willingness to improve
• Ability to set goals, create plans, and convert plans into action
