Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of a restaurant• Ensure guest satisfaction• Develop, direct, and supervise Team Members• Attain sales and profit objectives• Maintain high standards of food, beverage, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation• Build store sales and control restaurant costs
Requirements
• Pass management level food safety and sanitation exam• Ability to work at least 50 hours per week• Availability and willingness to work all shifts any day at any time
