Assistant Manager position. Starting salary will be a minimum of 
$1600.00 per month. Benefits package includes health insurance with the 
premiums being paid by the company, matching simple Ira, bonus program,

Job Overview
The Assistant Manager's primary responsibility is to learn the overall operations of the Loan office to become promotable through the ranks of the Company
Promote teamwork with the Manager and Coworkers to achieve success. 
Contributes knowledge and experience to enhance success of both self and the company 
Responsibilities and Duties
Arrive to work as scheduled and on time 
Arrive to work without impairment, capable and able to perform work 
Maintain confidentiality of customer information
Wait on Customers, provide friendly, courteous customer service
Take payments manually and on the computer
Required to UPDATE customer information on every contact, residence, income / job   
information, phone  numbers etc.
Take Loan Applications 
Verify the information given on the applications by contacting the landlord,  creditors, and other direct sources
Close Loans
Call delinquent customers as part of a Daily Collection routine 
Run errands and do field visits for customers that have not had contact.
Perform Skip tracing
Complete and file legal papers at the court clerk's  office
Handle money with accuracy. Must make daily deposits and balance cash drawer every day
Respond appropriately and professionally to supervisor, coworkers and work situations
Adaptable to change in a routine work setting.
Essential duties required to carry out this job.
Able to Stoop, bend, and stand for filing or light cleaning etc. 
Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle during work hours for errands and field visits to customers.  Must maintain current vehicle insurance coverage. 
Understand, carry out, and remember simple instructions
The ability to complete a normal workday and 40 hour workweek. Able to perform at a consistent pace without an unreasonable or excessive number and length of rest periods or breaks with reasonable accomodation.
Responding appropriately to supervision, coworkers, and usual work situations
The ability to ask simple questions or request assistance.
The ability to accept instructions and respond appropriately to constructive criticism from 
supervisors.
The ability to get along with coworkers or peers without (unduly) distracting them or    
exhibiting behavioral extremes.
Qualifications
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Experience in Customer Service either / or on the Telephone and in person
Computer knowledge
Specific skills 
Excellent Customer service skills
Good telephone skills
Knowledge of office machines, 10 key calculator, fax machine, copier
Able to count, balance and handle money accurately
Reading and writing skills
Ability to Multi-task such as preparing mail solicitation while making collection calls
Enjoys working with the public
Has a positive attitude and outlook
Strives to meet or exceed goals
Licenses –
Must have a valid Driver's License
Physical abilities- 
Must be physically able to operate a motor vehicle without impairment 
Must be mentally / physically able to conduct office work without impairment 
Must able to lift 25 – 30 lbs
