Responsibilities
• Run great work shifts and meet Taco Bell standards• Ensure completion of assigned duties by Team Members and Shift Managers• Manage inventory and financial accountability• Serve safe and quality food in a friendly manner• Ensure a safe work environment for employees and customers
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED, College or University Degree preferred• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail• Basic personal computer literacy• Strong preference for internal promote from Shift Manager position• Must be at least 18 years old• Must pass background check criteria and drug test• Must have reliable transportation• Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical/decision-making skills• Capable of performing physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting, etc.• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for the majority of shift time
