• Run great work shifts and meet Taco Bell standards• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems• Seek help when needed and guide others• Ensure completion of duties by Team Members and Shift Managers• Manage inventory and financial accountability• Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner• Ensure the restaurant is a safe place for employees and customers• Maintain a positive attitude• Have good communication skills• Learn and grow valuable leadership skills
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail• Basic personal computer literacy• Strong preference for internal promote from Shift Manager• Must be at least 18 years old• Must pass background check criteria and drug test• Must have reliable transportation• Basic business math and accounting skills• Strong analytical/decision-making skills• Able to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lbs.• Able to clean parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant• Able to stand, walk, and stoop during 80% of shift time
