Responsibilities
• Manages day-to-day operations of restaurant• Develops, directs, and supervises hourly Team Members• Attains sales and profit objectives while maintaining high standards• Builds store sales and controls restaurant costs• Passes management level food safety and sanitation exam
Requirements
• Ability to work at least 50 hours per week and varied shifts• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds• Continual performance of repetitive tasks and full range of motion• Ability to handle objects related to food preparation and service• Must be able to stand and exert mobility for duration of shift
