Responsibilities
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high performing staff• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests• Provide backup support to Club Manager• Schedule and supervise staff• Ensure staff is providing superior customer experience• Resolve or escalate employee issues• Handle front desk activities such as answering calls and assisting members• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of facility• Order supplies and track statistics and reports• Provide backup support for absent employees
Requirements
• Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry• Experience as a Member Service Representative at Planet Fitness• Solid supervisory and diplomacy skills• Basic computer proficiency• Hardworking, enthusiastic, and energetic• Strong problem resolution skills• Current CPR Certification• High school diploma/GED equivalent• Must be 18 years of age or older
