Responsibilities
• Upholding and representing the brand image.• Managing the store and team with a high volume mentality.• Meeting all RPM service goals.• Learning organizational and inventory skills.• Training and coaching the team to achieve desired results.• Operating all equipment inside the store, including the oven.• Providing a fun and exciting environment for customers and team members.• Scheduling, managing labor, attendance, and punctuality.• Managing store cleanliness and adherence to health standards.• Working and leading team members to achieve store goals.
Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older.• Must pass RPM Freshman class.• Strong communication and verbal skills.• Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude.• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.• Food Safety Certified as required by the area.• Apply at jobs.dominos.com or speak with your RPM Supervisor.
