As our assistant manager , you will develop and lead a high-performing warehouse by scheduling, planning, coordinating, and maintaining the inventory of products and materials. Communicating any inventory changes with our field teams and supervisors is key to helping us fulfill our work orders. To ensure that daily work material requirements and receiving goals are met, you'll oversee all warehouse operations while complying with OHSA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures while operating forklifts and other heavy machinery. In addition, you will lean on your strong leadership skills to develop current and incoming warehouse associates so they may support your top-notch warehouse operations.
