Responsibilities
• Manage front-end and cash office procedures, including cash and key management• Direct the guest service team to maintain sanitation and cleanliness at the front end and restrooms• Manage order guides, ordering deadlines, and reduce shrink and damage• Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members to provide excellent guest service• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a guest service role• 1+ years of leadership experience• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office• Must be at least 18 years of age
