Responsibilities
• Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking• Implement sales process and schedule prospects into Intro class• Membership sales• Manage staff schedule• Coordinate with vendors for studio retail/products• Supervise Sales Representatives• Hire/Manage all instructors at the studio• Proficiency in ClubReady for revenue and attendance reports• Review instructor evaluations• Provide high level customer service• Collect outstanding dues• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures• Manage marketing campaigns and participate in networking events• Other assigned duties
Requirements
• 2+ years of fitness or relevant sales experience• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps• Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills• Ability to excel in a fast-changing environment• Passionate about fitness• Strong writing and grammar skills• Highly organized with proficient data management• Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and clients• Proficiency with computers and Studio software
