• Leadership: Help lead, train, and mentor restaurant staff• Hospitality: Ensure outstanding service and memorable dining experience for guests• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, staff scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relationships• Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and achieve revenue and profit targets• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies• Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements
Requirements
• Proven experience as Assistant General Manager in elevated dining establishment• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Strong business acumen and financial management abilities• Attention to detail and commitment to quality• Proficiency in restaurant management software• Food safety certification and valid alcohol service permit• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
