Responsibilities
• Managing at least 2 full-time teammates• Scheduling and overseeing distribution services• Preparing and maintaining operational procedures• Coaching, mentoring, and developing staff• Monitoring performance metrics and preparing reports• Implementing maintenance and safety programs• Maximizing cost savings for customers• Leading process improvement projects• Presenting data and solutions to customers• Managing facility-wide operations and initiatives
Requirements
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience• 10+ years of supply chain management experience• 10+ years of logistics experience with WMS• Experience in a regulated facility and returns/reverse operations• 5+ years of full profit and loss financial management• 5+ years of continuous improvement program implementation• Effective communication and presentation skills• Proven ability to mentor and develop direct reports• Technical competency in Six Sigma skills preferred• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
