All That… Fish + OysterThis summer, All That… Fish + Oyster, one of four exciting hospitality venues created and conceptualized by restaurateur Garrett Harker, will open at the new Bower apartment residence in Boston. Best known for Eastern Standard, Island Creek Oyster Bar, Row 34 and The Hawthorne, Garrett will once again bring enlightened hospitality and high energy operations to the Fenway neighborhood. Garrett is joined by Beverage Director Jackson Cannon and Culinary Director Nemo Bolin in the construction and operation of these concepts.Set in the shadow of Fenway Park, All That… Fish + Oyster will be the group's newest seafood concept. It will focus on locally sourced protein and produce as seen through an equatorial lens with an emphasis on bright flavors, herbs, and spices. Complimenting the cuisine will be a dynamic cocktail and wine program.About the Position:All That… Fish + Oyster is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager. The position will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in building and managing the restaurant's FOH team and overseeing the restaurant's day-to-day operations.
