• Prepare food and delegate tasks• Train coworkers and resolve customer complaints• Provide excellent customer service and achieve daily goals• Assist with merchandising and maintain cleanliness of the store
Requirements
• Great people skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Problem-solving and prioritization skills• Desire to help others• 6 months of food experience including customer service and food prep• Ability to motivate others and meet goals• Knowledgeable on food safety and sanitation• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for 8-10 hours per day• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) primarily on 2nd shift• Some weekend availability required
