Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day operations in the Floral and Gift department• Manage department inventory, pricing integrity, training, and operational processes• Coordinate ordering of floral and gift items with the Produce-Floral Manager• Greet guests and provide accurate and timely information• Make recommendations and accommodate requests• Manage order guides/ordering deadlines/reducing shrink/damage• Properly receive/stock goods following rotation standards• Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
Requirements
• 3 plus years of experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality field• 1 plus years of leadership experience• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office• Must be at least 18 years of age
