Assistant Director Of Nursing

We are looking for an individual who is kind, compassionate, and dedicated to join our team as our Assistant Director of Nursing. This position is for a healthcare company in the Salt Lake City area.
Responsibilities Assist the DON with management of the nursing department Assists the Administrator and/or the Director of Nursing Services in the recruitment and selection of nursing staff. Organizes nursing staff work assignments and schedules. Lead nursing staff in team building activities Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charts, etc. Ensures that nursing department employment actions are administered fairly and in compliance with the facility's Policy Against Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation. Any additional functions as directed by the DON Requirements Minimum associate degree RN or LPN license in good standing Minimum two years of skilled nursing facility nursing experience required Prior nursing leadership experience preferred Must speak and understand English Has the desire to work with the geriatric population Benefits Dental Insurance Health Insurance Vision Insurance 401k w/employer match PTO Life Insurance
