```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow
- Participate in the hiring, training, and development of nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to patient care and nursing operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in nursing administration

```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of shift management and nursing administration principles
- Familiarity with Medicare regulations and compliance requirements
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy guidelines
- Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience working in a nursing home, home care, or assisted living facility is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
