Assistant Director Enrollment Services

What we're looking for: Assistant Director Enrollment Services at our Online Campus. The Assistant Director Enrollment Services leads and manages the campus Enrollment Services department. The Assistant Director of Enrollment Services is responsible for hiring, training, managing and developing the enrollment services employees to ensure all prospective and enrolled students receive timely, accurate, compliant and overall excellent customer service.
Summary: The Assistant Director of Enrollment Services is considered a "working" manager, having responsibility for meeting or exceeding all performance expectations and individual goals and the goals of the enrollment services department.
What We Offer: The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $60,000 - $75,000 per year. Our benefit program for full-time colleagues includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as flexible spending and health savings accounts. Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of Enrollment Services/Admissions experience.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Demonstrated successful multi-tasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.
