Responsibilities
• Lead a food and nutrition staff• Ensure great tasting and nutritious meal choices for residents, staff, and visitors• Complete required documentation accurately and timely• Assist the senior community and provide exceptional meals• Direct the operation of the Food & Nutrition Services Department• Develop food service employees' performance skills• Assist in cooking shifts if necessary
Requirements
• Experience in a key leadership role within the Long Term Healthcare community• High School Diploma or equivalent• At least 18 years old• Authorized to work in the United States• Preferred previous menu and food prep experience
