Responsibilities:
Support the construction manager in overseeing onsite construction activities.
Assist in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople.
Ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Help manage construction schedules, budgets, and resources.
Supervise onsite personnel and provide guidance as needed.
Assist in resolving construction-related issues and conflicts.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
Proven experience as an Assistant Construction Manager, preferably in manufacturing facility projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management software
