Assistant Community Manager

Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) ***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.*** We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 239-unit apartment community in Duluth! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
At least three years of experience in on-site property management and two years of Assistant Community Manager experience.  Strong bookkeeping and organization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs. Must be able to work one Saturday and Sunday per month. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.  Responsibilities

Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Sat 1:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sun 12:00 am - 4:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver's License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver's License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.
