Responsibilities
• Follow recipes and pay attention to details to create unique breads• Lift and handle large amounts of dough, flour, and supplies• Work through change and be flexible in a fast-paced kitchen• Work mid-afternoon to night shifts, including Sundays• Possibly work overnight shifts during holiday seasons
Requirements
• 1+ years of large-scale baking/pastry experience preferred• Compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations• Formal baking/pastry education is a bonus• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old
