Responsibilities
• Engaging in teaching, research, and service• Advancing the department's mission of clinical care, research, education, and equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI)• Treating over 2,800 patients annually• Participating in multidisciplinary clinics, tumor boards, and disease specific chart rounds• Collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical teams• Engaging in research and education• Contributing to the mentorship program for junior faculty• Supporting professional development• Working at partner institutions in the Department of Radiation Oncology• Using radiation oncology modalities for cancer patients
Requirements
• MD or DO, or foreign equivalent• Board certified or eligible in Radiation Oncology• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Washington• Successful completion of US Medical Licensing Exam (USMLE) or equivalent• Ability to engage in research and education• Strong collaboration skills• Experience in clinical care and equity, diversity, and inclusion• Ability to work at partner institutions• Effective communication skills• Ability to work in a team
