Responsibilities
• Partners with management to identify business objectives and support quality improvement• Drives unit-wide quality strategy programs• Identifies training needs and provides input on training approaches• Uses the 8D process to resolve flight attendant comments• Completes daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and in a timely manner• Responds to customer inquiries regarding flight attendant comments• Works directly with customers during IFBL disputes and visits to the unit• Communicates flight attendant comment reporting to operational staff and management• Performs data entry of flight attendant comments• Performs other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred• 1 year of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment• 1 year of data entry experience• Strong Microsoft Office experience, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Working knowledge of operations• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
