Asset Manager

Wogan Group is looking for an ambitious Asset Management Analyst for our growing property management company. This position will help oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties and assist in maximizing property values. This position is at the corporate office in Memphis, TN. 
Essential Job Functions:         Organize, support, and compile monthly and quarterly investor reports, annual operating budgets, and business plans. Work with Director of Asset Management for analysis in operation strategy and property valuations.Participate in the disposition of existing assets.Monitor and analyze the financial performance of each asset, considering budget and business plan variances, and growth trends.Create monthly variance reports to track the performance of properties.Demonstrate initiative and ownership by assisting with the timely resolution of various property-level concerns.Monitor lender-directed and elective capital improvement and facilitate client and lender funding requests.Participate in acquisition due diligence including lease reviews, pro forma analysis, and market research. Qualifications: Strong skills in financial analysis and modelingDetail oriented and highly organized with an ability to learn technology and software easilyHighly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel. Education/Experience Bachelor's degree required. Finance, Business, or Real Estate focus preferred.Experience in property management, asset management, or finance preferred. Physical Demands Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Ability to sit, stand, and walk.Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time. Travel Occasional travel required, including overnight travel.
