In this rewarding roll you will assess and evaluate the needs of individuals in crisis and appropriately triage based on information gathered to the most appropriate service to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities include: Answer incoming calls and inquiries from individuals and referral sources seeking treatment. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: Masters in Counseling and Human Services.
Proficiency in operation of computer programs
Ability to handle crisis calls is essential.
