Shifts Available: 1st: 7:00 am-3:00 pm
2nd: 3:00 pm-11 pm (shift premium)
3rd: 11:00 pm- 7 am (shift premium) 
Double time on Sundays! 
You will be expected to work 3 out of 4 Saturdays a month. 
Position Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented Assembly Worker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling small parts accurately and efficiently to contribute to the manufacturing process. The Assembly Worker will work collaboratively with team members to ensure the production of top-quality products in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly of small parts according to provided instructions and specifications. Inspect parts for defects or imperfections before assembly and report any issues to the supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assembly area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and effectively. Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries. Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot problems and improve processes. Adhere to company policies and regulations regarding quality control, safety, and production procedures. Qualifications:
Previous experience in assembly work, particularly with small parts, is preferred. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Basic math skills for counting small parts. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift objects up to [weight limit] pounds. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
